Incline bench press ( chest exercise)

I'm telling you about incline bench press.

1-   Before starting check that bench is stable balanced r in static mean their is no movement of bench.

2-   now move on the bench for exercise
3-   set the weight according to your body weight
4-    here I'm giving you some images that makes you clear how to lift and take back the weight with correct angles
