Shoulder workout for beginners

Hello everyone!

Today I'll tell you about the shoulder workout.this is specially for beginners.

What exercises you've to do this is for beginners?
Let me tell you from start..
First of all what you've to do,,,

1- warmup

~  stretching ( 2 to 3 minutes) beginners
~ pushups     ( 15 to 20) beginners

Now start the shoulder workout..

Exercise no.1
~   barbell shoulder press
~  position
       ( sit on the bench with bench back support.for beginners no need to put any weight.simple take a empty rod( long barbell). Take that barbell at height above your head. Stretch your arms fully.your palms must be in forwards position.

~ do at least 3 sets of that exercise
~ in each set you've to do at least 10 to 12 raps.....
   
                   *** NOTE ***
Remember keep breathing while doing exercise.
What happen when you'll not breathing during exercise ( suffocation )
And that is totally against your body in that case you might be meet a big incident.
